Kristina, a native New Yorker, cultivated her love for photography from a young age, leading her to pursue full-time studies at the esteemed School of Visual Arts in New York City. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography, which included a transformative year of fine art exploration in Stockholm, Sweden, she launched into her professional journey. Her career took root at Macy’s in New York City, where she thrived as a photographer specializing in fashion, lifestyle, and interior design. Her work graced catalogues, billboards, and New York Times advertisements, garnering her invaluable commercial and editorial experience. Driven by her passion for sailing and adventure, Kristina ventured into the captivating world of yachting, eventually relocating to the South of France in 2006. As a freelance photographer serving the mega yacht, sailing, property, and lifestyle industries, her work achieved international acclaim, featured in prestigious yachting magazines, art books, and travel publications. She also earned commissions for billboards and advertising from top shipbuilders and brokers, documenting esteemed events like the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix. Returning to her roots in the United States in 2018, Kristina continues to push the boundaries of her craft, embracing the diverse challenges inherent in her work—from capturing luxurious interiors to braving the heights of a mast. Her collaborative spirit fosters a relaxed and enjoyable environment on set, crucial to the success of her projects.
