LA’s Newest Photo Exhibitions!
Share
As you may have heard, Los Angeles has recently become an epicenter for emerging and established artists. It is a very exciting time to live in and/or visit LA and we want to share our favorite places to see photography right now.
The Annenberg Space For Photography is “the first solely photographic cultural destination in the Los Angeles area”. For this reason alone, we can’t recommend a better place to spend an afternoon. Hurry over now to see Emerging which presents the work of over 90 emerging photographers from around the world including the ones featured below. These works will be on display Wed - Sun from 11am - 6pm through September 20, 2015 and admission is FREE! Click here for more info
Another show we are currently loving is Perfect Likeness: Photography and Composition at the Hammer Museum in Westwood. The exhibition “looks at artists’ work with carefully composed photographic images” in an effort to explore their ability to precisely portray and describe their subjects. Perfect Likeness is exhibiting through September 13th and is open to the public for FREE! Click here for more info
